Wudang Mountains aims to build safe environment

Representatives from the Shiyan Public Security Bureau, the Danjiangkou Public Security Bureau and the Public Security Bureau of the Wudang Mountains attended a meeting on Nov 13, organized by the Wudang Mountains Tourism and Economy Special Region, on the management of safety issues at the Wudang Mountains scenic area.

Over the past few years, Wudang Mountains has aimed to build a world-class scenic area, which can guarantee the safety of tourists and of the national relics.

Li Faping, the director of the management committee of the Wudang Mountains special region, Yu Jianqiang, the deputy director of the management committee, and Sun Xueyu, the deputy mayor of Shiyan city, spoke about the great achievements of the local public security bureaus over the past few years. They also spoke about their high expectations for the future concerning safety issues involving the scenic area.
