A tourist group from 23 mainstream media outlets in China paid a visit to the Wudang Mountains on June 15. Visitors from Xinhua, Renmin Daily and Sina visited some scenic spots including the Golden Hall, Zixiao Palace and Nanyan Palace in the Wudang Mountains. They were all amazed by the flourishing Taoist culture and profound martial arts.

The Wudang Mountains have attracted many tourists from China and abroad. The media group members were full of praise for the service philosophy to satisfy every tourist in the Wudang Mountains.

The visiting group showed great interest in Zixiao Palace, which is one of the shooting locations of the movie Da Wudang. In Fumu Dian (also known as Parents Palace), the visiting group prayed for their parents, as filial piety is one of the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation. There is a Parents Palace in every temple in the Wudang Mountains. It is an important feature of Wudang Taoism constructions.

In recent years, the Wudang tourism administration has invited many influential media outlets to the Wudang Mountains. It has strengthened the connection between the Wudang Mountains and the media and has created good publicity for tourist attraction.
