Tourism in Wudang Mountains was commended

On Feb 16, Hubei province's tourism conference took place in Wuhan and tourism at Wudang Mountains was commended.

Li Faping, director of the Wudang Mountain management committee, summarized the successful experiences at Wudang Mountains, and pointed out that Wudang has developed tourism into one of its pillar industries.

The city will continue to promote the construction of tourism projects and will carry out regional tourism cooperation

In 2012, Wudang will pay efforts to achieve the following three goals: recieving 4 million tourists; 2.1 billion yuan (﹩332 million) in tourist income; and 450 million yuan in revenue.
