Festive lanterns decorate scenic spot in Shanxi

Workers are making festive lanterns in the Guanque Tower scenic spot in Shanxi's Yongji city for the traditional Chinese Spring Festival at the beginning of Feb. At a cost of eight million yuan ($120 million), the scenic spot's first spring lantern show will start on Feb 2, the 24th of the twelfth month of the lunar year, displaying nearly 1,000 beautifully-shaped lanterns.
