Master Zhai plays diabolo at Tuoliang

Tourists from all over the country watched a wonderful diabolo performance, a juggling art known as kongzhu, by Mr. Zhai at the Tuoliang national scenic spot on July 11.

Tuoliang, covering a 22-square–kilometer area, which is an AAAA-level national scenic spot, a wildlife park, an ecological zone, an “emerald oxygen bar”, with many springs, waterfalls, forested land, grasslands, a variety of rock formations, vegetation, and wildlife.

It has a different appearance for each of the four seasons. The waterfalls have different shapes and sizes and include a splendid icefall, which stays until the end of June. The area also has rare medicinal herbs. The forest area is believed to have more than 80 birds. The president of the Mount Wutai Photographers Association, Fan Wenzhen, who is also a member of China Photographers Association, says that he thinks the place is a paradise for photographers, and that people often organize photography trips to the mountain.
