Locals rave about POWERCHINA completed road in Ethiopia
The HC66 Road project in Ethiopia, built by Sinohydro Bureau 11 Co, a subsidiary of POWERCHINA is the first segment for the only traffic route connecting Ethiopia and Kenya.
The pavement of the main road for the Hawassa-Tula town section of the project has been completed on April 5, 2018, winning the approval of the Ethiopian Road Authority and demonstrating POWERCHINA's good brand image.

"POWERCHINA's efficiency is so high. For more than four years, the former construction company didn't complete this, while POWERCHINA has finished it in a few months," said Jucy Halissy, a local driver.
Gezahegne Shirbesa, a local government official said, POWERCHINA has made so many contributions to us. The economy of Tula town will develop even faster.
Hayna Musfin, who works in a bank, said, "Before, when I would go to work from Hawassa to Tula town, there was dust everywhere...POWERCHINA has done a great job."
