Wang Jun, Charge d'affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Cote d'Ivoire, said that in the past few years, with the joint efforts of Chinese government and President Ouattara, the Chinese-funded Soubre hydroelectric power station started generating electricity ahead of schedule.
