According to Sun, the average income in Guizhou continues to increase and education, medical treatment, and housing quality have improved. Guizhou will continue making efforts to improve the lives of its people and aims for greater success in poverty alleviation in 2019.

As a National Big Data Comprehensive Pilot Area, Guizhou has constructed basic big data facilities, attracted a number of world-class big data industries, and cultivated a number of its own big data companies in recent years, said Shen Yiqin, governor of Guizhou.

Guizhou is looking to promote the integration of big data with the real economy, rural revitalization, livelihood services, and social governance, and sees a promising future in big data.
