He said that high-quality development must be based on ecological civilization construction and high-efficiency development.
The high-quality and high-efficiency development of Guizhou's phosphorus chemical industry is contributing to the China's efforts in solving the difficult environmental problems related to the industry. He noted that through these measures, China is more than 15 years ahead of other countries in addressing these issues.
