Fifteen export bases will be accomplished within Fujian province and membership of the bases will be encouraged to do cross-border trade.

Enterprises which are quite important to local economy will be grouped and organized to establish agencies and associations beneficial to its development. Some governments concerned should give financial aids to its development and expansion.

On the other hand, some public service agencies and offices will be set in order to provide guidance to the plan of building industry complex. Concrete aiding measures include: the establishment of export business associations, public service platform and so on.

Fujian government has the ambition to nurture a group of enterprises with an intention to exceed 5 to 10 billion dollar a year in export.

The volume of export will surpass the total amount by 80 percent.
