South Korea is hosting a food show to welcome visitors and participants of the 2018 Winter Olympics, which will kick off in Pyeongchang on Feb 9.
Shaxian delicacies, a special cuisine from Sha county, Fujian province will also appear in Pyeongchang. Among all of the Shaxian delicacies, Lo mein is the one you would definitely not want to miss.
Gaosha town in Sha county is renowned for its Lo mein production. People in the town use fresh rice to make flour, which is then mixed with spring water to make dough, next it is rolled and cut into noodles and finally air-dried.
