Fujian province's Party committee sent a delegation to the Pingtan Comprehensive Pilot Zone, on Feb 4, to extend their best wishes for the Spring Festival. The delegation was led by Li Fusheng, deputy director of the organization dept.

The visitors paid a special visit to two cadres and three elderly Party members who were having financial difficulties and Li asked the Pingtan leaders to look after the needs of Party cadres, who have been seen as precious resources.
