There was a sudden forest fire that broke out, on Feb 8, around 1:30 pm, near the village of Anfeng, outside the city of Nanping city, Fujian province, that police say was started by two students who were burning some paper at the foot of a hill, Straits News has reported.

The blaze spread quickly because of strong winds and eventually covered more than 10,000 square meters in the area. Luckily, no one was injured and and the fire was extinguished by firefighters at around 4:00 pm.
