The Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Xiamen Committee will open its annual session on Feb 3, and will last for four days. Xiamen People’s Congress will open its annual session on Feb 4, and will last for three and half days.

The two annual sessions will examine the governmental work report, work plans, and budget report in 2014, and discuss the 2015 goal and major works in economic and social development.

The hotlines for the two sessions will open to local residents soliciting advice and suggestions.
