The Ding’aozai road, which is used to be one of the most literary streets in Xiamen, has turned itself into a cat street with a large amount of cat-related elements.

On the street, a wall was painted with the figures of 3 cats representing courtesy, love, and honesty, which echoes with the opposite wall that is painted with graffiti of cats.
At the center of the cat street is a cat museum where people can see a “cat carriage” as soon as they enter. With different kinds of cats sleeping on a row of seats that were painted with the cats, the cat museum is a place proving all kinds of cat elements to visitors.

According to Guo Mingming, the curator of the cat museum, as well as the advocator of the cat street, the cat street was built and designed by many cat fans.
