A pregnant woman in Fuzhou had her waters broken on a train on the morning of Nov 20, but was saved from danger thanks to help by railway staff.

The woman, surnamed Luo, in her ninth month of pregnancy, was coming home on the K1268 train from Fuzhou to Chongqing in southwest China. She felt pain in the stomach when the train reached Jiangxi province at midnight and sought assistance from the crew members.

The agony grew as her waters broke at around 2:50 am when the train was about to stop at Huangshi station in Hubei province.

The train conductor immediately contacted a hospital who sent medical workers and took Luo away.

Luo gave birth to a pretty baby boy in the morning.
