A pair of twins – Xiao Xiao and Tian Taian (both aliases, as requested) are still missing after being swept away by the Wulong River in Fuzhou city on the afternoon of Oct 19.

The boys, 12, were cleaning themselves by the river after playing with crabs, when the water somehow brought them down and washed them away, according to Ye Ye, a witness who is their classmate.

Police and local residents hadn’t found the lost twins, dead or alive, as of Monday night.
