Founded in 1979, Fujian Seven Brand Group Co has become a comprehensive corporation integrating the businesses of garment research, design, manufacturing and sales. It has net assets of 970 million yuan ($159 million) and occupies a land area of over 200 mu (667 square meters) with a floor space of 220,000 square meters. With specialized, highly-qualified talent and world-class equipment for garment manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, it has opened over 3,000 franchised stores in 31 provinces and municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions. It has ranked among the top 10 in the national garment industry in terms of sales revenue and gross profits for 12 consecutive years since 2001.

The Seven Brand product series is famous for its fashionable style, classic design and fine tailoring. It has become a focus of fashion among the masses. The Chinese stand collar series has become a representative of Chinese fashion and has obtained increasing attention from the global fashion circle.

The Seven Brand product series has earned recognition as the only designated suits abroad and the only designated full dress abroad for the Chinese sports delegation to the 13th Asian Games by the Chinese Olympic Committee, the only designated full dress for the Chinese sports delegations to the ninth World Gymnastics Championships and the 12th World Swimming Championships, the only designated men’s wear for the CBA Professional League, the only officially designated men’s wear for the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA), the full dress for the flag raisers of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the designated gifts for American political celebrities given by the Chinese side in the exhibition of Chinese national costumes in the US in 2010, and the designated full dress for the China National Symphony Orchestra. In 2000, Seven Brand Group was designated as the manufacturer of the 99-style police uniforms and soft epaulettes by the Ministry of Public Security of China. In 2001, it ranked among the list of Top 500 Private Enterprises in China. The company is also a “Top 100 Key Enterprise in Fujian Province”, “AAA Level Credit Enterprise in Fujian Province”, the first “Best Credit Enterprise in Fujian Province”, and a “Credible and Reputed Enterprise” by the Fujian Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce. In addition, in 2007, it was awarded “Competitive Enterprise in the Chinese Garment Industry” by the China National Garment Association. It was made the Top 10 Brand Culture Enterprises list by the China National Textile and Apparel Council. It has ranked among the Top 500 Most Valuable Chinese Brands rated by World Brand Lab. According to the Top 500 Most Valuable Chinese Brands 2012, Seven Brand possesses a brand value of 10.37 billion yuan.
