Shuqu cake

Shuqu is a common herb in Fujian. Local people have a tradition of eating Shuqu herbs in spring. During Tomb Sweeping Day, people like making Shuqu cake by using boiled herbs to commemorate deceased relatives.

Shuqu cake has a fresh flavor and is worthy of its “green food” title. Nowadays, it is becoming more and more popular thanks to its healthy ingredients.
