Ruili in spotlight for 3rd International Jewelry Show

Yin Xin, the official in charge of Yunnan province’s cultural industry, addressed the opening ceremony. He said Yunnan has long been an important place for producing and selling jewels and jades. In this trade-distributing center, a chain has been set up.

Ruili itself is a shining pearl on this chain. The past two jewelry shows have contributed greatly to promoting the jewelry industry in Yunnan. The unique jewelry trading in Ruili has attracted businessmen, jade carving artists, connoisseurs, and consumers from not only the Chinese mainland, but also Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia.

Yin Xin believes that this industry chain, processing raw materials, wholesale and retail, will increase the popularity of Ruili as an oriental city of jewelry.

Yang Guoyue, party leader of Ruili, said that unlike the previous two shows, this year’s jewelry show has adopted a new exhibition mode. The exhibition area covers the entire city. Every jewelry park and shop is on display. This innovation is better for communication and cooperation between businessmen.
