On May 28, a ceremony was held to celebrate the launch of the Huangshan Emerald Tourism Resort by the side of Xiangxi river in the Shancha village of Tangkou town in Huangshan district.

The tourism resort was constructed with an investment of 500 million yuan ($78.5 million) from Huangshan Huahong Industry Co, Ltd, and covers an area of 12.5 hectares. The building area amounts to 120,000 square meters.

The high-end resort follows advanced standards and superior designs, integrating tourism experience, recreational service, rehabilitation, characteristic cuisines, artistic displays, and supporting facilities.
