Ma'anshan will hold its first International Steel Sculpture Contest, according to an announcement March 28from the press office of the Anhui provincial government.

40 works of art will be on display for one month starting on October 22.

30 works by 25 domestic artists and 5 foreign artists will be selected as excellent pieces. Additionally, 10 young sculptors will be invited to the contest.
