Most employees are happy

More than 70 percent of foreign professionals in China said they were happy with their lives in China. Some 17.1 percent expressed some dissatisfaction but wished to continue working in China. Only 3.3 percent said they were extremely dissatisfied with their professional life and wanted to leave as soon as their contracts terminated.

For the employers, 75.1 percent were satisfied and 24.9 percent were very satisfied with the performance of their foreign employees. More than 80 percent of employers expressed needs to hire foreign professionals and 79.4 percent said the need was on-going.
