SPD Bank names Zheng Yang as chairman
Zheng Yang (pictured), 53, was named chairman of SPD Bank earlier this month. Former chairman Gao Guofu, 63, retired. Before joining the bank, Zheng served as director of the Shanghai Municipal Financial Regulatory Bureau. In the past, he also worked as deputy head of the Capital Account Management Department of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. Other roles he held include deputy director of the Shanghai branch of SAFE, and vice-president of the Shanghai branch of the People's Bank of China.
Everbright Sec elevates Yan Jun to top job
Everbright Securities promoted its vice-chairman Yan Jun to chairman. Yan, 49, had served Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as deputy general manager of its business department. He also served as vice-president of Jiangxi branch and general manager of special financing department of ICBC.He joined Everbright Securities in August 2018 as a member of the board.
Zhang quits Suniverse; young Sun takes charge
Zhang Zhao, chairman and CEO of Suniverse Entertainment, which was called Le Vision Pictures in the past, resigned in late June. Sun Zheyi, 29, son of Sun Hongbin, chairman of Sunac China Holdings Ltd, the biggest shareholder of Suniverse Entertainment, succeeded Zhang. The latter founded Le Vision Pictures in 2011 after leaving Enlight Pictures.
