A new and special brunch set menu is now available from 11:30 am to 3 pm every Saturday and Sunday. The sets start from 298 yuan ($45) plus 10 percent service charge and feature some of the signature dishes of the restaurant.

After four decades, he still likes to pamper people.

"I still wake up and feel like running to work," he says.

Aside from the New York-style fish market he is now partnering with to renovate and reopen, and the Italian restaurant Mercato he's decided to bring to Hong Kong, he has found the ultimate way to "pamper": a hotel in Miami.
