Guest chef Tanomsak Sanboonsri from Phulay Bay, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve will be showcasing his culinary flair at the luxury hotel chain's Aroma restaurant in Beijing through April 30. At the restaurant buffet through Saturday, authentic Thai foods include tom yum soup, chicken red curry, beef green curry and tod mun pla. Guests can also enter to win a trip to Krabi with two economy-class round trip tickets from Thai Airways for travel from Beijing to Krabi, including four nights and five days' stay at Phulay Bay Ritz-Carlton Reserve.

Monday-Friday prices for the buffet are 318 yuan for lunch and 386 for dinner; Saturday brunch and dinner are 538 yuan. A 15 percent service charge applies at all times.
