Holding a piece of paper listing her mother's accounts on Alipay, the online payment service of e-commerce giant Alibaba, and on WeChat Pay, the online wallet of internet technology company Tencent, along with several others, Kong said she was initially surprised, puzzled and uncomfortable with her mother's decision.
