Felix Weller to drive Cadillac in China
Cadillac, a division of US carmaker General Motors Co, appointed Felix Weller (pictured) as vice-president of Chinese operations and a general director of Cadillac's sales and marketing, effective Oct 1. Prior, Weller served as vice-president of Cadillac Europe and Russia.
