Heping Guoju, located in the Wangfujing area, is a 2,400-square-meter space re-creating old Beijing with traditional foods. Beijing snacks, including peanut crisps, Chinese-chestnut pastries and haw crisps are made the traditional way. Walnut cookies are a highlight created by chef Yang Yuwen with sweet and chive flavors.
