Wanda extends FIBA partnership

Wanda Group on Saturday inked a strategic partnership agreement with the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) to extend their cooperation in promoting the sport in China and around the world.

Wanda will continue as a FIBA global partner for the next 12 years until 2031, according to the agreement, an extension of a previous deal signed in 2016.

The real-estate and entertainment giant now owns global marketing rights for the next three cycles of the men's and women's FIBA World Cup, the FIBA Continental Cup and the FIBA Youth World Cup.
