Visually impaired but competitively prepared

NANTONG, Jiangsu province - On a sweltering day in eastern China, soccer players wearing blindfolds charge after a ringing ball, occasionally colliding into each other.

But members of Jiangsu province's blind soccer team are unfazed - even when they break the odd bone - because the sport is a rewarding break from the massage parlors, where many of China's visually impaired population are employed.
