Ootoku Changan has launched a kaiseki ryori, a traditional multicourse Japanese meal, during which four people are personally served by the executive chef. The menu changes daily, according to the fresh ingredients available. For the waning summer, cold noodles are a highlight. So is the grilled wagyu beef and the peach dessert.
