Nation fully committed to sharing experience

The opportunity for development is the natural right of every country, and China is committed to helping and promoting the development of others by sharing its experience, said a former official at a high-level meeting.

The two-day meeting themed "Development of China, Opportunities for the World" opened in Beijing on Monday. It was co-hosted by the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs and Azerbaijan's Nizami Ganjavi International Center. Fifteen former heads of state and government, as well as Chinese and foreign experts in politics, economics and academics attended the meeting.

Dai Bingguo, who served as state councilor from 2008 to 2013, said during the opening ceremony that China's development is conducive to the peace and tranquility of the world, and the country is willing to do its utmost to contribute to the peace and development of mankind.
