Luxury hotel dishes up food from Taiwan to local diners
The St. Regis Beijing is bringing Taiwanese delicacies to the city's gourmets, saving them the long journey to taste authentic flavors from Taiwan.
Chef Stone Hsu from the W Hotel in Taipei was invited by the St. Regis Beijing to launch a new menu for the hotel's Chinese restaurant during his stay in Beijing from May 11 to 16.
With decades of cooking experience and expertise in Taiwanese food, the chef has created a menu covering a large number of typical dishes from the island.
