Probe opens into collapse of building that killed 10

An investigation is underway into the collapse of a site under renovation in downtown Shanghai that claimed 10 lives and injured 15, according to the city's emergency management authority.

The Shanghai Emergency Management Bureau said on Friday that the search and rescue has ended, and it has formed an investigation group with relevant departments to obtain evidence, interview witnesses and examine documents to find the cause of the accident.
