Deputy GM Shi Xiaohong moves on from Qihoo 360

Shi Xiaohong (pictured), deputy general manager and board member of internet security company Qihoo 360, resigned in late April. Both Shi and Zhou Hongwei, founder and CEO of Qihoo 360, graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University. Shi worked with Zhou for more than 20 years, mainly leading the company's technology projects. Zhang Mao, financial vice-president of the company, was nominated new board member. He was once in charge of finance at ShineWing Certified Public Accountants and China Unicom.
