Students and white-collar workers who live dormitories are increasingly preparing their meals using common facilities, and also relieving stress in the bargain

If you saw people cooking individually and in groups in a university canteen, and smelt a mixture of tempting aromas floating around, you could be forgiven for thinking that it was nothing out of the ordinary.

But they are not chefs preparing meals for students as would be case mostly in China, but students who are cooking for themselves in the shared-use kitchen, for free.
