16-car expressway pileup injures 7
A 16-car crash on the Beijing-Tibet Expressway caused seven injuries, with one person in severe condition. The accident occurred at around 12:20 pm on Wednesday, when a truck slammed into a line of vehicles, according to the Beijing Traffic Management Bureau. The affected section of the expressway was closed and other vehicles were redirected, Beijing News reported.
