Hotline operator saves father and daughter

A father and daughter suffering from serious gas poisoning were rescued thanks to help from an emergency hotline operator in Mianyang on March 13. When operator Ji Wanting answered a call from the father, surnamed Liu, at 9:12 pm, he told Ji his daughter had fainted in the bathroom and he felt dizzy and had a bad headache. Ji told Liu to open the main door of his house, go out to ask his neighbors for help and to avoid falling asleep. She also got Liu to send her his location via WeChat. That helped guide an ambulance that took Liu and his daughter to hospital. Both father and daughter are in stable condition after receiving treatment.
