Hopes dim for finding boy, 15, who vanished in cave pool

With hopes dimming, rescuers in Enshi, Hubei province, raced on Wednesday to find a 15-year-old boy who vanished after wading into a pool inside a primitive cave on March 16. He had been exploring the cave with six classmates.

Additional divers have been sent to the scene, the local government said.

Lin Rong disappeared as he was wading in the pool about 400 meters inside Yuquan Cave in the Enshi Tujia and Miao autonomous prefecture on Saturday.
