Supported by supply-side structural reforms and a rural revitalization strategy, it is necessary for the government and companies to enrich product diversity in rural areas, make full use of e-commerce tools, optimize subsidy payments and enhance the implementation of retail promotion measures. All parties should also ensure consumer rights and interests, as well as push forward green packaging practices in the delivery sector in a systematic way.

The Tibet autonomous region has abundant tourism resources. With more convenient transportation, its tourism potential can be further expanded. Although Tibet has five airports in operation, air travel is still limited by factors such as the small size of airports and seasonality. This causes problems including insufficient connectivity and restricts the development of tourism to some degree. I suggested that the civil aviation authority should increase the number of direct flights from cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Kunming to Nyingchi. And financial departments should offer more fuel subsidies for airlines operating in Tibet to support direct flights in the offseason and winter.
