Guidebook to promote parent education

An initiative has been launched to pool ideas from education experts to help parents play roles in their children's education in an efficient and scientific manner, according to the Ministry of Education. The ministry and the China Education Association organized a meeting of education experts on Feb 28 to start compiling a guide for parents to help their children's education, which includes improving parent roles in child development and equipping parents with appropriate educational concepts and methods.
