IP protection improves significantly thanks to government initiatives

Chinese authorities are on a mission to drastically clamp down on counterfeit goods and reduce intellectual property rights infringement.

To do so, Beijing has restructured the State Intellectual Property Office to strengthen law enforcement, and IPR cases will now be heard by the Supreme People's Court.
