FM heading to France, Italy

State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi will travel to France for the 18th consultation of coordinators for the China-France Strategic Dialogue and visit Italy from Wednesday to Saturday, the Foreign Ministry announced on Monday. During Wang's stay in Italy, he will co-chair the 9th Joint Meeting of China-Italy Government Committee, ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying said at a regular news conference. The visit came at the invitation of Philippe Etienne, diplomatic adviser to the French president and Italian Foreign Minister Enzo Moavero Milanesi, Hua said.
