Jiao Kaihe is chairman of China North Industries

Jiao Kaihe (pictured), former vice-chairman and a member of the Party committee at the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, was named chairman and secretary of the Party committee at military equipment manufacturer China North Industries Group Corp Ltd. Jiao took over from Wen Gang who was said to have other work arrangements. Jiao, 59, has served the trade union federation for over five years. Before joining the federation, he was the general manager and a member of the Party committee at China North Industries.
