Timo top of Bayern's shopping list

Bayern Munich is upping its recruitment efforts following the news that veteran winger Arjen Robben will leave the Bavarian giant at the end of the season.

The 34-year-old Dutchman on Monday confirmed this campaign will be his last for the club after 10 glorious years that yielded seven Bundesliga titles, four German Cups and a 2013 Champions League triumph.

Bayern, which finds itself nine points off Borussia Dortmund's league-leading pace after a shaky start to the season, has repeatedly being linked with a swoop for RB Leipzig hotshot Timo Werner.
