Online education startup 17Edtech is looking to close the education gap in China, by helping rural students learn faster with advanced technology.
"Currently in China, educational resources gather in first-tier cities. Teachers and students from rural areas find it hard to access high-quality materials," said Liu Chang, founder and CEO of 17Edtech in an interview with China Daily.
"To this end, technologies including artificial intelligence and big data are ideal ways of promoting more resources equally to students from China," he said.
