Premier to meet institution heads
Premier Li Keqiang will hold a round table dialogue with the chiefs of six major international economic and financial institutions for the third time on Nov 6 in Beijing, Foreign Ministry spokesman Lu Kang announced on Tuesday. They will discuss issues including trends in the global economy, the upholding of the multilateral trade system, China's economy and its reform and opening-up. Jim Yong Kim, president of the World Bank; Christine Lagarde, managing director of the International Monetary Fund; and Roberto Azevedo, director-general of the World Trade Organization are among the chiefs that will attend the dialogue.
