Exhibition to mark 40 years of reform
A major exhibition will open soon at the National Museum in Beijing to mark the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening-up, which was launched by Deng Xiaoping, according to China Central Television.
The State broadcaster said in its prime-time news program on Monday night that the exhibition will celebrate the 40th anniversary of reform and opening-up and further promote Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
The event will be organized by several central authorities, including the Publicity Department and the Committee for Deepening Overall Reform of the CPC Central Committee. Preparations are underway, the news report said.
