Rehabilitation robot to be put into use

China has developed a lower-limb rehabilitation robot that will soon be put into clinical use, China Science Daily reported on Monday. The robot was developed by Avicrobot, a high-tech service robot company that is a subsidiary of Aviation Industry Corporation of China. It can monitor patients in real time, which helps optimize rehabilitation therapy, and also uses flexible composite materials and 3D printing technology, allowing patients to customize it and use it to sit, stand and walk.
